Hi every body,
 
rules needs to be modified accoding to the timely requirements.  out democracy is known for its currption worldwide.  this needs to be checked.  anna and others are trying to communicate that a change is required and needs immediate attention.  but the currupted lot will not agree as they want to protected the looted money and wnat to loot more and more in the times to come. any one who has common sense can understand the feeling of a common man.  anna and other have started it, but no one can stop it now.

As a part of democracy Ministers should discuss the matters withterrorists,extremists and opposites all. Please dont consider this as aweaknessof govt. History of our country saying the discussionwith Punjab extremist,Mao, JKLF and many groups of terrorists.

But i have one question here, What is Rule of Law, We studied about that, Law ruling the country. Lawmakingauthority is the Parliament and State Assemblies. Each and every law in enforce now enaced by the parliament. Members ofparliamentelectingby the people.How four or five people cancompelling an elected govt to enact a law. It is better now dissolve the parliament and conduct a new election, let Anna Hazare and his companions, and Ramdev and his supporters should be the candidates, Ifpeopleelecting them,make new law. Pleasedon'trape Democracy like this,because Ramdev, Anna and we all will die, our country should exist n this world as a biggestDemocraticcountry in thiswold.

Therefore, implementation and enforcement of law is another big issue.

Answer lies in improving the quality of democracy ( if we want democracy to continue.). That is by using judicious use of voting power. Are we still not electing known culprits and criminals as MPs and MLAs. The society has to value honesty and integrity as prime virtues. When people are ready to bribe to get things done for themselves, corruption and ill gotten money will thrive.

In brief , in Democracy people will get a government that they deserve.
It should start from each individual that one stop bribing, discourage every one else from bribing. Fight against it when one experiences it. At the least be bold and report to Vigilance / anti corruption cells.
There are still honest officials and politians in the System, hence there is hope for Democracy. You do your bit. Everything else will follow.
